Our main office is located in Citrus Heights, California which is in the Sacramento Metropolitan Area. We are very proud of the management team that we have assembled. Combined, we have well over 75 years of combined experience. Here is a snapshot of our HQ team:
Steve Nye, CCIM
President

✓ Mr. Nye was born in Bloomington IL and grew up in Muncie IN.
✓ He attended Ball State University in Muncie (Nicknamed “Letterman U” because this is where David Letterman went to school)
✓ He has been married to the same wonderful and supportive woman for over 30 years, has two step children and two wonderful grandchildren.
✓ He enjoys following sports, especially the Indianapolis Colts.
✓ He loves to play golf, contributing to his church and spending time with friends and family as well as his dog “Colt” (named after his favorite team)
Carole Kight
Operations Manager

✓ Ms. Kight is a native “Sacramentan”.
✓ She is happily married, has a very active 90+ year old mother, a daughter, son-in-law and two adorable grand daughters. That’s four generations of ladies!
✓ She enjoys spending time with her daughter and grand kids, hiking, eating saucy foods, watching movies and participating in a variety of sports.
✓ >She has a great affinity and talent for arts and esthetics. Specifically: she is an experienced esthetician, does woodworking, is a painter, loves to sew and is and is quite the gardener.

In addition to consulting/coaching, Mr. Andrews is a highly experienced trainer as well as an acknowledged public speaker. He has given presentations on the technology of management to thousands of business and real estate professionals across the United States. Through the knowledge received in his seminars, his listeners return to their businesses and lives with the certainty, know-how and increased motivation needed to get results, both on a personal and professional level.
